1 - Control via the internet using a cloud is a paid service. It can be activated or extended by purchasing a voucher and activating it in your

ALARMSERVER.NET account.

2 - To activate or extend the service, the user must purchase a WLCT voucher and activate it in their ALARMSERVER.NET account. The voucher can be

purchased at: shop.secolink.eu.

3 - The service period starts when the system connects to the mobile network, and its duration is counted from that moment. Once the paid period ends,

the user will be offered the option to extend the mobile service. The service is extended by purchasing a GSIM voucher. Throughout the entire mobile service period, the control via the cloud will be free of charge. If the service is not extended, the user can insert their own SIM card and, after configuring the control panel accordingly, continue using it—for example, by controlling it via SMS commands. Alternatively, they can purchase and activate a separate WLCT voucher for control via internet. Before purchasing the control panel, it is recommended to check whether the cost of the extension (GSIM voucher) is acceptable. The voucher can be purchased at: shop.secolink.eu.

4 - The mobile service for the product remains active only as long as the SECOLINK PRO app is installed on the user's phone and the specified control panel

is added to it. Cloud-based control will be free for the first two years. After two years, if the user wishes to continue using cloud services, they must purchase a WLCT (or IPCT) voucher and activate it in their ALARMSERVER.NET account. The WLCT voucher can be purchased at shop.secolink.eu

1 - SMS messages from the control panel are not imported into the SECOLINK PRO app - they can be viewed using the SMS editing app on the phone. Lock

icons (ARMED / DISARMED) are not displayed in the app. SMS commands are not performed in the background - SECOLINK PRO will „insert“ the control command for the user into SMS editing app and the user will need to tap on the button Send.
